Playground Leader Training is back bigger, better, and stranger than ever! The programme has been delivered like no other this past year! Schools have accessed this training which has been delivered to pupils and school staff.
During the Coronavirus pandemic our team of tutors have delivered the training like no other! Early in the year, a lot of schools weren’t allowing face-to-face sessions, but we were pleased to offer virtual sessions of the course which went down superbly. The training virtually included TEAMS/ZOOMS calls to schools and sending them resources to use (such as safe and suitable games during COVID-19) and some pre-recorded videos to be sent to schools for them to use in their own time.
Some schools wanted their school staff to complete the course, and this was done virtually as well. Giving the staff confidence and knowledge of play and general playground leading and safety. When the government eased their Coronavirus measurements, this allowed our staff to go into schools and deliver face-to-face workshops (optional).
Some schools wanted the tutors to deliver fun games for them to use in their school and some schools wanted to have a couple of leaders trained in each class to work just in their class/bubbles.
All staff have worked brilliantly this year during a difficult time as the course can be delivered virtually, face-to-face, pre-recorded videos and more to suit you and your school.

“Big thank you Jack! I really enjoyed these sessions. I have achieved a high level of new games to play, and children are learning also. Great recap of games we had “forgotten” about.”

“Came away with lots of new ideas. It was an asset to be able to receive great ideas for more imaginative play, suggestions of ways for improvement and ideas to involve all children in active play.”
