Lisa Richardson

I have always loved sport and started coaching around 25 years ago at my local Athletics Club. I’ve played many sports throughout my time in the Royal Air Force and since then. I was also lucky enough to be selected to represent Great Britain in Bobsleigh in 1994. I have early years experience with an NVQ 4 in childcare and Education and used to run a Tumble Tots franchise (mini assault courses for toddlers). I now coach adults in cycling as well as juniors in Athletics.

I joined inspire + in September 2022 after helping with some Holiday clubs.
