Zak Spencer

I have completed the level 2 apprenticeship course and have become level 2 qualified in dodgeball. Currently, I am working towards my level 4 coaching qualification and my boxercise qualification. I have a sporty background but nothing more than amateur. Basketball is my primary sport, but I call myself a professional bowler from time to time.

Currently, I work in the CAST team, where I go into schools and deliver a range of PE, mentoring and Wake and Shake. I also work on the camps during half term and holidays. My main aim is to help children progress through sports and build their confidence.
