Terms and Conditions – Apprenticeship Recommendation Reward Promotion

Overview

This promotion is designed to reward schools and organisations who recommend our apprenticeship training services to others. By making successful recommendations, participants will receive rewards from a pre-selected list of items.

Eligibility

• Recommenders must be existing or potential partners of our apprenticeship training programmes.
• Recommendations must be made via our official recommendation form or approved communication channels.

How it Works

• Recommend our apprenticeship training provision to another school or organisation.
• Recommendations need to be made by 31st May 2025. If the recommended organisation enrols at least one apprentice with us by the beginning of the next academic year (1st September 2025), the recommender will qualify for a reward.
• For each successful recommendation resulting in an enrolment, the recommender will be able to select one reward from a list provided.
• Multiple rewards can be earned. For example, if two separate organisations enrol as a result of your recommendation, you may choose two rewards.
• Rewards are non-transferable and subject to availability.

Important Dates

• Recommendation Deadline: 31st May 2025
• Enrolment Deadline for Referred Organisations: 1st September 2025
• Reward Notification: September 2025

   

Reward Distribution

• All qualifying recommenders will be contacted in September 2025 to select their reward(s) from the available list.
• Rewards will be distributed after final confirmation and subject to availability.

   

Additional Terms

• The referred organisation must not already be in our pipeline or have had previous contact with us regarding apprenticeships.
• The referral must clearly name the recommending school or organisation at the point of initial contact.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, change, or replace rewards at any time, and to disqualify any recommendations deemed fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
